Learning from Jeff Bezos
A very interesting YouTUBE video from Jeff Bezos, who is the founder of Amazon.

- Invent
- Think long term - payback usually 5 to 7 years, but customers benefit short term
- Be prepared to be misunderstood
I loved Jeff's enthusiasm in this video. The mention of amazon.toast was interesting.
